Join Us

We’re proud of the team we’ve built. Our people are technically skilled, approachable and reliable, always willing to go the extra mile to support each other and our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re always interested in hearing from people looking to build careers in live events.

What It’s Like to Work at The Aventive Group
Event production is hands-on, fast-moving and collaborative. Much of the work happens behind the scenes, preparing equipment, planning logistics and making sure everything is ready before show day. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, practical thinking and attention to detail, where every role and contribution matters. Whether in the warehouse or on site, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of venues, equipment and event formats.

A Supportive, Team-Focused Environment
We believe people do their best work when they feel supported and valued. Many of our team have built long-term careers here, developing their skills through hands-on experience and shared knowledge.

We’re always keen to hear from motivated, reliable freelancers who want to be part of our event production team.
