Pandora’s Store Managers Conference is the most important internal event in the brand’s calendar, bringing together leaders from across the business to align on strategy, celebrate success and build momentum for the year ahead.

For the 2025 conference, Pandora wanted to go further than ever before, delivering an immersive, high-impact experience that reflected the scale, confidence and creativity of the brand.

The Aventive Group was appointed to design and deliver the full event production at Manchester’s Kimpton Clock Tower Hotel.

The Client Brief

The brief was clear and ambitious:
to inspire, energise and unite more than 200 store managers through a visually striking, technically seamless live experience.

The event needed to:

  • Communicate key business strategy and product launches
  • Create a strong emotional connection with the audience
  • Raise expectations beyond previous conferences
  • Deliver a production that felt bold, premium and unmistakably Pandora

The challenge was to transform a traditional conference format into something closer to a live brand experience.

Our Solution

Working in close collaboration with Pandora, we transformed the conference space into a fully immersive visual environment, built around a custom-designed LED canvas.

At the heart of the production was a 20-million-pixel LED system, made up of nine uniquely sized screens, including a large curved main screen and ribbon LED elements. All screens were mapped and controlled as a single canvas, allowing content to move fluidly across the space and surround the audience.

A sophisticated control and playback setup enabled seamless delivery throughout the event, integrating:

    • Presentation content
    • Dynamic video sequences
    • Live camera feeds
    • Real-time interactions, including a live call to Thailand

Lighting and video were fully timecoded, creating precise, high-energy moments that elevated key messages and set the tone from the opening sequence onwards.

The result was a conference environment that felt immersive, polished and purposefully designed around Pandora’s brand story.

The Outcome

From the opening moments, the audience was fully engaged. The scale of the visuals and precision of the delivery created a conference experience that felt closer to a live brand show than a traditional corporate event.

Delegate feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many describing it as the best conference to date. The event played a key role in energising Pandora’s leadership team and reinforcing strategic focus for the year ahead.

Beyond the immediate response, the conference continues to serve as a critical internal touchpoint, supporting motivation, alignment and ongoing sales performance.
